„Povodom potpisivanja Sporazuma o saradnji između Ministarstva rudarstva i energetike i kompanije „UGT Renewables LLC“ o izgradnji solarnih panela na 2.000 hektara na desetak lokacija širom Srbije i izjave Aleksandra Vučića „predstoje ne laki razgovori oko uslova i verujem da ćemo brzo završiti i da ćemo napraviti najbolji mogući dogovor“, Koalicija za nadzor javnih finansija postavlja predsedniku Srbije sledeća pitanja“, navodi se u saopštenju ove koalicije.
U saopštenju se dalje navodi:
„1. Da li je, zbog premora izazvanog brojnim državničkim obavezama, smetnuo s uma da se do poslova, čak i onih čija se vrednost meri desetinama i stotinama miliona evra, može doći i kroz tržišnu utakmicu i davanje ponude bolje od konkurentskih, a ne samo putem direktnog dogovaranja sa državnim vrhom Srbije?
2. Da li je, iz već navedenih ili drugih razloga, izgubio iz vida da osim firme sa kojom u ime Srbije pravi „najbolji mogući dogovor“, u svetu postoje i druge kompanije koje se bave istim poslovima koje bi se veoma rado nadmetale za ovaj visokoprofitabilan posao?
3. Da li je i iz kog razloga, zamemario činjenicu da i u Srbiji postoje potencijalni investitori u obnovljive izvore energije?
4. Da li se i njemu čini neobičnim to što će za desetak različitih lokacija u Srbiji posao izgradnje solarnih elektrana biti dogovoren sa samo jednom firmom?
5. Da li bi zainteresovanoj javnosti mogao da ukaže na član Ustava kojim je predsedniku Republike omogućeno da se u toku trajanja mandata angažuje kao promoter i lobista stranih kompanija?“, navodi se u saopštenju Koalicije za nadzor javnih finansija, a koje je potpisao njen predsednik Dragan Dobrašinović.
