Zamenik predsednika opštine Bujanovac, Šćiprim Musliju, skinuo je i bacio zastavu Srbije koju su nepoznata lica, kako je saopštio Nacionalni savet Albanaca, postavila kod spomenika poginulom borcu Oslobodilačke vojske Preševa, Bujanovca i Medveđe, Fatmiru Ibišiju, na ulazu selo Končulj.
Nakon što je skinuo srpsku zastavu, Musliju je na jarbol okačio, odnosno vratio zastavu Albanije. Zameniku predsednika opštine i šefu Pokreta za demokratski progres (PDP) asistiralo je nekoliko osoba. Musliju je prethodno zaustavio saobraćaj na magistrali.
Ceo „performans“ prenošen je uživo na Muslijuovom profilu na Fejsbuku. Snimak je u međuvremenu uklonjen, ali se proširio društvenim mrežama.
