Protiv predsednika Samostalnog sindikata metalaca Srbije Zorana Markovića i sindikalca u leskovačkoj fabrici „Jura“ Predraga Stojanovića Korporacija „Jura“ podnela je privatne krivične tužbe zbog, kako tvrde, nanošenja štete i kaljanja ugleda ove kompanije u javnim nastupima.
U njima se navodi da je „Korporaciji narušen ugled jer su davali izjave medijima nakon što je Predrag Stojanović dobio otkaz u fabrici“. Na konferenciji za novinare oni su tada naglasili da sumnjaju da “Jura” vrši mobing nad radnicima i sabotira aktivnosti sindikata.
Da nisu bili u pravu kada su Predragu Stojanoviću dali otkaz, utvrdili su nadležni organi, te su po inspekcijskom nalogu morali da ga vrate na posao.

Prvi put, kada je došao ispred fabrike to nisu učinili, ali su drugi put, odnosno 9. jula po nalogu inspekcije vratili na posao Stojanovića.
Ipak, ubrzo je ponovo udaljen sa posla zbog pokrenute privatne tužbe i isplaćuje mu se samo četvrtina zarade dok se ovaj proces ne završi pred nadležnim sudom.
